Strength is the ability to move or lift a specific amount of weight
Power is the measure of how fast you can move or lift that specific amount of weight
Example:
Guy A's maximum lift capacity for Dead Lift is 200 lbs. It takes him 3 seconds to complete a repetition
Guy B's maximum lift capacity for Dead Lift is 200 lbs. It takes him 5 seconds to complete a repetition
They have the same strength but Guy A has more power
Power is the measure of how fast you can move or lift that specific amount of weight
Example:
Guy A's maximum lift capacity for Dead Lift is 200 lbs. It takes him 3 seconds to complete a repetition
Guy B's maximum lift capacity for Dead Lift is 200 lbs. It takes him 5 seconds to complete a repetition
