siguro ako ala-briskwalking... "pag malalate na sa office, karipas lakad!" end up pawis na pawis. It's a long walk from ortigas MRT station to Emerald Street hehe.. siguro 20mins din yun na brisk walking..
Walking is well but insufficient for the weight loss I think you should must take some diet of the weight loss.. And early morning exercise makes your body warm up and active which help to melt your extra body fats..
