    siguro ako ala-briskwalking... "pag malalate na sa office, karipas lakad!" end up pawis na pawis. It's a long walk from ortigas MRT station to Emerald Street hehe.. siguro 20mins din yun na brisk walking..

    Walking is very useful for the not only loss weight but also it maintains the health and the fitness of the human beings. I did it at regular basis..
  • Walking is well but insufficient for the weight loss I think you should must take some diet of the weight loss.. And early morning exercise makes your body warm up and active which help to melt your extra body fats..

    Okay naman ang sprinting katulad kahapon pag ka buhat nag sprint ako sa stairs paakyat para makuha cellphone ko ramdam ko talaga sya.
