Criticize My Arms Workout

Hi Guys,

Mamaya arms ako.. at lagging ung arms ko(bicep).. nagbasa ako sa internet na more volume at squeeze daw, kaya ung 3sets ko ginawa ko ng 4-5 sets at 8-12reps kung kakayanin =)

biceps
wide grip bb curl 5x8-12
close grip bb curl 5x8-12
lying in seated inclinde db curl 5x8-12
standing db curl 5x8-12
hammer curl 5x8-12

triceps
weighted dips(40lbs) 3x8-12(failure)
db tricep extension 5x8-12
bb press close grip 5x8-12
cable push down 5x8-12

Dati superset ko yang bi at tri.. pero nahihirapan ako at nakakapagod.. =)

    25 sets for biceps wtf??? Do about 1/3 - 1/2 of that and grow more.
