Hi Guys,
Mamaya arms ako.. at lagging ung arms ko(bicep).. nagbasa ako sa internet na more volume at squeeze daw, kaya ung 3sets ko ginawa ko ng 4-5 sets at 8-12reps kung kakayanin
biceps
wide grip bb curl 5x8-12
close grip bb curl 5x8-12
lying in seated inclinde db curl 5x8-12
standing db curl 5x8-12
hammer curl 5x8-12
triceps
weighted dips(40lbs) 3x8-12(failure)
db tricep extension 5x8-12
bb press close grip 5x8-12
cable push down 5x8-12
Dati superset ko yang bi at tri.. pero nahihirapan ako at nakakapagod..

25 sets for biceps wtf??? Do about 1/3 - 1/2 of that and grow more.
