Currently ang ratio ko is 40%Carbs, 30%Protein, 30%Fats @ 3200Cals - Bulking

Training Day 40% Protein, 60% carb Fat minimal to zero I don't count fats on this day because kinakain ko walang lasa hahaha meaning piniprito ko sa sariling mantika yung manok it has super low fats to count so I don't like counting it. adik.
Rest Day 40% Protein, 40% fat, 20% carbs. Carbs sources from 1 rice and lots of veggies.
Body Recomp +20/-20
Below, allowance lang at target it can hit, miss or exceed basta ang mahalaga eh consistent ako sa ginagwa ko. Life is not perfect ya know!
now, 24P/52C/24F @ 3300 cal - bulking. sa ngayon sinusunod ko yung 2.75x lean bodyweight in kg para sa protein. more on bodyweight ang basis ko sa protein intake rather than macro percentage.
March ang starting ko nyan up to June 2013.
yan inedit ko na galing dun sa tracker ko. yung Protein 1g=bw lowest target ko as much as possible sana ma hit ko yung 200g+ mark. hahaha pero ayos lang.. mahirap ang buhay hehe
