Just want to share this online calorie/nutrition calculator for KFC products

This might be useful when you sometimes eat at FKC and you need to know how much you are eating


KFC Philippines has Streetwise Box in their menu. It's 6-pc chicken meal that contains 3 big parts and 3 small parts. You could choose the part you want

I just tried their Streetwise Box for my lunch (3 pcs thigh OR and 3 pcs leg OR)

According to the online calculator

Thigh OR
250 calories (7g Carb, 17g Fat, 17g Protein)

Leg OR
120 calories (3g Carb, 7g Fat, 11g Protein)


That's a total of 1110 calories (30g Carb, 72g Fat, 84g Protein)

    And 3690mg. of sodium. Sa mga katulad ko na nagbabawas ng sodium, hindi pwede yan. Sarap pa man din. Pwede siguro tanggalin ang balat pero andun yung sarap eh.
