Supplement Timing

Lately, madami akong nababasang tanong about kung paano ang tamang pag-inom ng ganito ganyan..etc etc.. Hindi naman talaga kailangan may eksaktong oras mo iinumin ang supplement. Kasi supplement lang yan. At the end of the day what matters most is the total calorie you've consumed. But I believe there are times na mas magiging efficient ito specially post-wo. Share ko na lang kung paano ang "Current" intake ko. Hindi ko po sinasabing ito ang tama at ito ang gawin niyo, but at least you'll have an idea. Ito po ay personal set-up ko lang base din sa work-life-training schedule ko.
At sinabi kong current since nagbabago din po ito. Iba nuon, iba ngayon, at maaring sa mga susunod na buwan ay hindi na din ganito.

Workout Days :

First thing in the morning. (With breakfast)
1/2 scoop Whey Protein (ON or Mutant)
1 Tablet Kirkland Daily Multi
1 Capsule Kirkland Fish Oil
1 Capsule Green Tea

30 mins pre-workout
1 Capsule Caffeine Pill (200mg)

Immediately Post-WO.
1 to 1 1/2 scoop Whey (ON or Mutant)
5g Dymatize Creatine

30mins to 1hr after training I'll have a solid meal then..
1 Capsule Fish Oil

Meryenda - Baon ko sa office
3/4 scoop Promatrix 7 + Milk

Before bedtime
3/4 scoop Promatrix 7 + Milk
1-2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (Althoug not a supp but)
Fish Oil

That's it.

Sana nakatulong.
Isunod ko yung sa Non-workout Days.
3 scoops a day ako ng protein powder a day, minsan nababawasan o nadadagdagan depende sa mga kinain ko.

    bro ano ba mas okay for Post W.O. ksama ng whey? creatine or glutamine?

    Balak ko kasi magdagdag ng supplement pero namimili ako sa dalawa kung ano muna mganda

    unahin. YUng perfect for muscle recovery sana aside from fish oil.

    para sakin ok na ang whey lang after workout. or solid meal na may protein gaya ng half chicken then yung whey after 2 hours ng solid meal. whey+banana+apple+1 glass nonfat milk.. minsan kasi after workout tapos inum agad ng supplements busog agad pakiramdam ko,pero kapag solid meal lalo na kung after back workout,kahit marami nilamon ko ang dali matunaw hehehe tapos yun na,supplement time. sa umaga di na ako umiinom ng whey pag bagong gising,kasi buong mag hapon utot ng utot.:twitcy: 4 to 5 malasadong itlog na lang tinitira ko sa umaga,

    Whey intake ko 2 scoops kapag workout days. 1 lang kapag recovery,the rest solid protein (tipid mode lang hehehe)

    sa supplements na gamit ko ngayon ang careful lang ako sa timing is yung ZMA, kasi di pwede isabay sa foods na may calcium (iaabsorb ng calcium yung zinc).

    Ako yung PM7 o Mutant whey ko okay naman resulta ng kakatanong ko.

    11am first shot
    3-6pm somewhere sa oras na yan after workout
    after last meal isa.

    In the end of the day eh buffer ko lang sa mga kulang na protein.. Ngayon testing ko for a week na solid foods lang at naninibago ako di umaabot ng 200g ang protein pero solb ang tagal ko magutom minsan umaabot pa ko ng fasting 18hrs.

    coffee and donuts 2 hours before lifting then carbonated soda for post wo sarap ng supplements ko! ay kulang pa pala burger machine and mountain dew before bed!

    1st meal + flaxseed. vitc. ALA. optimen

    pre wo - kape + mansanas or saging or wheat bread with peanut butter 45mins before wo.
    post wo - PM7

    dinner + optimen. vitc. ALA

    Glutamine meron naman na sa Whey yan. Bili mo na lang ng pagkain yung extrang pera kaysa glutamine pa. Pero kung andami mo namang pera why not. Hehe.
