I've been taking this pre workout for a while now for me it did gave me a good pump everytime I go to the gym, masama lang dito like all other PWO pag nagkamali ka ng time of intake mapapasama ka, one time nagkamali ako ng intake sobrang hyper ko, hindi ako mapakali at d ako maka upo sa isang pwesto lang. Nakaka init din siya ng ulo for me pero d ko lang alam sa iba :P Dahil dito nasigawan ko mga lower batch sakin dahil lang sa titig :blush:

    Nakakita din ako ng improvement sa fields po na yun sir. It helps me get that last big rep :yahoo:

    Forgot to say this tulad siguro ng lahat ng pre workouts nanigas din itong si nano vapor at medyo may kahirapan nang inumin haha:blush: Also solid pawis ko everytime i take this napipiga na lagi yung shirt ko sa pawis at shorts ko din.
