Hi everyone!
newbie here.. i have been going to the gym for 1.5 months already. and my target is belly fat loss. i do resistance training with a little bit of cardio 5 times a week.
actually dati na ko nag bubuhat pero nahinto for 4 years since my work is really toxic. but now i plan ahead and gusto ko talaga mabawasan ang taba ng tyan ko.. grrrrr

Add ko lang, kelangan din natin i-condsider mga kninakain natin. Iwas muna sa mga fatty foods at high caloric foods pra mas effective ksma ng cardio mo daily. Goodluck! :^^
