Help :)

Mga sir. i need help. hmm goal ko this summer is bulk na may cuts. so i need your idea's for heavy meals in breakfast and lunch and before workout. :) THANKS!

    Isa isa lng sir..u bulk first or go straight to cut..hindi tau mga super saiyan sir..mere mortals..haha

    either you BULK or you CUT

    Mga sir di po ba pwedi bulk ka pero may konting cuts? yun po ung ibig kong sabihin. :)

    Ako , well it's for me lang naman . I'd go for slow bulking -10/+30 hehehe ( pero ginagawa ko -20/+20 just to give it a shot ) since naka IF leangains ako. Pag walang nangyari sa ginagawa ko means shet ang style ko hehe..no harm done since sarili ko naman yun at di naman ako mataba o payat :) as long as my strength is getting good at wag ma stall sa OHP :(
