To gain or to lose weight?

I'm quite confused po kasi to wether lose or to gain weight. I'm 5'8", 142lbs right now. I want to get a better body, stronger and better looking. Gusto ko mag-gain para mas malaki muscles kaso malaki ang tyan ko. 34" waist line. Baka pag nag-gain ako, lalo pa lumaki yun. So I'm confused kung kakain ba ako ng mas marami or magbabawas? Thanks!

You eat less calories of your required daily calories intake.
how to do this? diet, cardio, resistance training or lifting weights.
After all your body fat is gone this is the time to build lean muscle by eating more calories , more than of your required daily calories intake.

The answer is simple
If you feel that you don't have enough muscle mass to cut, then clean bulk
if you feel that you have enough muscle mass to cut OR you want to cut back our bodyfat, then cut
it's a personal choice
