Mapagpalang araw! We, Sociology students from the University of Santo Tomas, currently taking the course, “Introduction to Social Research” under Dr. Clarence M. Batan, would like to invite you to become part of our survey entitled: “What’s with the Filipino Youth Online Survey (WWFYOS): Perspectives of Youth Researching Fellow Youth.” The objective of this survey is to gather views on different aspects of youth life.
With your indulgence, we ask you to seriously and honestly take this web-based survey made of 11 sections, which may take 20-30 minutes to complete. We, youth like you, were the ones who crafted this questionnaire and we tried as much as possible to include relevant questions that matter to our lives as young Filipinos.
This free-online survey tool is powered by Google docs. Unlike other sophisticated web-based surveys, all our questions are open for responses and thus, we ask your attention to please answer only those questions that are applicable to you. In this way, your responses will be valid and may be used for analysis.
Your answers will be kept confidential, and will only be used for research purposes.
