Eat-All-You-Can Restaurants for Practitioners of Intermittent Fasting

## Introduction ##

Intermittent Fasting practitioners usually eats 2 to 3 meals a day with the 1st meal being the largest. There are times when we can't bring home-cooked foods and we have to eat at restaurants. I've tried many so-called "value" meals priced at P 75 or lower but they don't offer good value for the money. Why ? Their so-called "value" meal usually includes 4 to 5 small chunks of meat, one side dish, and one cup of rice. I have to order 4 value meals and I'm still not satisfied. That is just P 300 I've wasted

My solution ? Eat-all-you-can restaurants. I know you might be thinking that it is expensive but if you compute for the total cost of getting a huge part of your daily nutrition needs at those so-called "value" meals, eat-all-you-can will be cheaper.

Of course, nothing beats home-cooked food in terms of cost. But if you are going to eat outside, I believe eat-all-you-can offers a good value for the money

You get what you pay for.

    agree ako dito

kumain ako sa Tramway Shaw last Saturday

  • Tenka at Glorietta 2. php550 weekday lunch. It's only the appetizers that are in a buffet table, other stuff are order all you can with only their short order dishes being extra charge.
