## Introduction ##
Intermittent Fasting practitioners usually eats 2 to 3 meals a day with the 1st meal being the largest. There are times when we can't bring home-cooked foods and we have to eat at restaurants. I've tried many so-called "value" meals priced at P 75 or lower but they don't offer good value for the money. Why ? Their so-called "value" meal usually includes 4 to 5 small chunks of meat, one side dish, and one cup of rice. I have to order 4 value meals and I'm still not satisfied. That is just P 300 I've wasted
My solution ? Eat-all-you-can restaurants. I know you might be thinking that it is expensive but if you compute for the total cost of getting a huge part of your daily nutrition needs at those so-called "value" meals, eat-all-you-can will be cheaper.
Of course, nothing beats home-cooked food in terms of cost. But if you are going to eat outside, I believe eat-all-you-can offers a good value for the money

You get what you pay for.
@Chef de Angelo.
Yan ang sulit! Pasta, Pizza, Fried rice, Ulam, salad, etc etc..
from spanish omelette, chicken, fish, tapa, to chinese and filipino chibogs!
di ako mag sasawa mag almusal dito
Yes super sulit si chef d' angelo yun nga lang eh puro pasta halos foods. Hehehe
P 225 ...Triple quarter-pound natural beef patties, topped with fresh crispy lettuce, tomato slice & onions, mayo & ketchup on
toasted sesame seed kaiser bun.
:twitcy:
i just tried johnny rockets today. it was ok.
i've been told charlie's burger in pasig is the best. i'll find out in the next couple of days.
The Original burger is 240, + 20 for cheese. add 60 for unlimited fries.
bawi na lang sa fries. lol.
agree ako dito
kumain ako sa Tramway Shaw last Saturday
Grilla in Makati has a php300 weekday lunch buffet.
