[size=small]I have Supraspinatus tendinosis tear on shoulder (punit un litid but partial thickness) as result on MRI last year of May kaya nagstop muna ko magbuhat

gusto ko na kasi ulit mag gym since malapit na mag 1 year un recovery nun injury(without therapy) kaso medyo natatakot din ako baka kasi matuluyan yung tear maging full thickness.. nakakapag push up nako ngaun nan 12 for 3 sets without pain.. pero mas mabigat lang ung feeling sa injured shoulder part kinabukasan..

hinde kasi to nakikita sa X-ray.. wala narin ako pang MRI ulit..

Hinge lang ako advice baka may ka same problem ako or me kakilala kau ganito..

    Mukhang kelangan ko din magpacheck ng ganito. Malapit na mag one month may masakit pa rin sa shoulder ko. How much ba ang mri?

    sir 10k yung sakin e.. mahal kaya dq mapacheck ult.. better go to doctor first kasi may prescription yun..

    Hi sir..been seeing this kind of problem for so many times..im an orthopedic nurse kc so usually those things will go under surgery and therapy..if the pain persists like what u said it means n hndi p nkkrecover ung shoulder nio and bka mpunit n ng tuluyan..better have a check up on a sports medicine n doctor..para mbgyan kagad ng intervention..i can recommend dr.marc castro he has a clinic in makati med and one across it which is POI .. Mbuti ng cgurado sir bka mas lalong magkaproblem kau.. :^^

    @kopi - sir wala na po pain unlike before.. un lang medyo mabigat un feeling sa injured shoulder unlike sa normal shoulder.. magkano kaya checkup sa kanila sir?

    @monching11 - I used to have it before sir kaya napag pa MRI ako.. nagresign nako dun kaya wala na ngaun..

    Pag eksaktong one month at may pain pa rin, babalik ako sa doctor para magpa refer.
