Mga sir! Tanong ko lang kung okay lang ba ang paraan ko ng pag-take ng supplement (Whey and Creatine)
Non-workout days
Morning: Pagkagising; empty stomach. I take 1 scoop whey with milk+1 teaspoon creatine(rekta sa bibig) hehe. natuto na
Night: Before matulog 1 scoop whey with milk
Workout days
Morning: Pagkagising; empty stomach. 1 scoop whey with milk
After workout: 1 scoop whey + 1 teaspoon creatine
Night: before matulog 1 scoop whey with milk.
Okay lang po ba yung way ko ng pag-take ng supplement? Gusto ko po sana magpa-bulk. Nama-maximize ko po ba yung effect nung whey and creatine? TNX! (:

regarding sa tanong mo. timing wise, mukhang ok naman. although yung sa morning you may get different opinions regarding sa inclusion ng milk.
Masama po ba yung whey on an empty stomach? Parang may nbsa po kasi akong article na mgnda meal replacement ang whey if you dont have time to eat breakfast.

Balak ko nga po sana bumili ng Serious Mass nagiipon pa po. Hehe. Good option po ba ang serious mass+whey? Or its okay na mag serious mass nlng ako and creatine, khit wla nang whey?
Ano po yung about dun sa milk? Msma po ba sya sa umaga?

Salamat bro! Kapag tapos ko kasi kumaen parang sasabog yung chan ko, di ko na mainom whey sa sobrang bigat. LOL! Yup Im watching my macros carefully.

Good meal plan
but where is your Carbs?
no carbs = no energy
if carbs is not present = you cant burn fat
IF Leangains, first meal 11am last 7pm, workout time range 3pm - 6pm ( 1hr spent sa gym )
1 drink for pre workout at 11am, 1 drink right after my workout, 1 drink for last meal at 7pm
Rest days
1 drink 11am, 1 drink 7pm.

one is heart health, pampaganda din ng skin(my wife pokes a hole thru the capsule and uses the oil on her face), joint?(not sure).
I don't really notice any effect of it but they aren't called essential fatty acids for no reason
follow up question lang, would you recommend taking in addition to multivitamins? TIA
May anti-inflammatory properties kasi ang fish oil na nakaka relieve din ng joint pain and even arthritis.
