di ko ginamit yung recommended servings per package. instead per scoop ang computation as I believe that mas madaling i fit sa macro ratio kung per scoop basis instead of per serving which consists of many scoops.

I am still in the process of verifying if tama ba yung data na binibigay. So far so good. If may changes/improvements, I will just make some amendments here. I hope in time, I will be able to add more mass gainers in the list. :)

    ^^ thanks. I just added pro-complex gainer, MHP, and muscle juice revolution 2600.. wala akong price nung dalawa so di ko na naisama sa computed data.

    i dont know the current price on MHP.

    nakakataba ba ng sobra ang mass gainers? natatakot kasi ako baka maging bloated ako o mukhang butete hehe yung tiyan ko, pinagiisipan ko kasi kung PM7 o Mutant Mass eh Help naman mga boss

    ^^ PM7 na lang. prioritize mo ang protein. use mass gainers as a last resort pag talagang hirap na hirap na kayong habulin yung macros nyo through whole foods. much better, create na lang kayo ng journal and post nyo yung diet nyo para mas mapin point ng mga members kung ano ang kelangan nyo.

    ^^ one tip: masarap ang vanilla ice cream flavor ng Mutant Mass. :) lasang powdered milk with a little sweetness. will be ordering my 2nd 17lbs bag pag naubos na (same flavor, mahirap na makipagsapalaran lol). hehe...

    ser pano nyo nasabi na ok ang mutant kesa sa ibang brand. according to the breakdown profile or contents of each brand it says like for example between mutant and serious mass, the way i understand it in a per scoop basis mas mataas contents ng serious mass?

    --- for unknown reasons di ko alam kung bakit yung unmodified post ko ang lumalabas sa 1st page. pero pag nirefresh, lumalabas na yung modified post. tried on opera and firefox and google chrome on android, parehas ang nangyayari. in case di nyo makita yung total macro breakdown, just press refresh sa 1st page.

    Yung triple choco pa lang nata-try ko, pero I must say, okay sya. For the price, sulit talaga yung MM. Nakakuha pa ko dati ng free shaker sa CnC..hehe
