How long to rest from bodybuilding?

Hi guys, how long did you rest from lifting weights? I plan to rest for around 1.5 to 2 months.
What do you do while resting? What supplements do you take? I plan to bulk up on this rest period as well.

Dont rest that long,maxadong mahaba ung pahinga na yan

yup mga 1.5 I think ok na yan. pero kelangan conditioning phase muna at di ka agad agad mag heavy sa unang pagtapak muli sa gym.
Squats - 230lbs 3x5
DL - 250lbs 3x5
BB Shrugs - 250lbs 15x3
Ako after routine or cycle pahinga siguro ako mga 1 week
1.5 to 2months na walang gym ikakakamatay q, mas effective na magbulk ka habang nag bubuhat minimum of 6months ka mag bulkup para effective tlga
i had a 2-week break because of a work-related travel, pag balik ko hirap ako buhatin yung weight that i was already lifting...nagbawas ako from 5-10 lbs...
