ON 100% GS Whey or ON Pro Complex?

Ito yung first 3 months ko mag-gym. Yup! I actually gained some muscles but I want more. I mean medyo maliit pa kasi sya compare sa mga basketball players na nkikita ko. Braso palang nila sobrang laki na. Ano po kaya sa tingin nyo ang mas mgnda for bulking? Is it ON GS Whey or ON Pro Complex? (or ON Pro Complex Gainer??)..I want to gain muscles not fats.

Isa lang po kaya kong bilin. And if meron po kayo marecommend na pwede i-mix or pwede isabay na i-take katulad ng creatine powder or amino 2222 or fish oil post lang po kayo. Comments/suggestion are much appreciated. (:

And saan pong store sa CnC maganda bumili? Yung subok nyo na po at pinagkakatiwalaan? May cp number po ba sila? Paki-post naman po.

Magkano po kaya yung 5lbs ng gs whey and pro complex sa CnC? and tig-ilang servings po yun?

I already know the difference between whey protein and protein blends.. i just want to know yung ups and downs ng dlwang product na ito. at kung ano ang mas mgnda for bulking and yung bagay sa working student na katulad ko (schedule).

    Bali 5months pa lang po ako nag ggym. Okay sir I'll go for GS Whey. At nabasa ko na 28 servings lang pala yung 5lbs ng pro complex. Mukang ayos po yung suggestion nyo na gainer sir! At mukang masarap. Hehe.

    Ano pong marca? Tinitignan ko nga din po yung creatine powder ng ON. Okay po kaya yun? Yung BCAA's po okay din po ba un?

    Hindi ko masasagot kung ok ba ung "BCAA" e,wala kase akong info dun at di rin ako nag-b-BCAA

    sir if I may share, focus more on whole foods sana

    and for BCAAs, makikita mo more ang effectiveness niya if you train fasted

    Hmm.. actually i eat alot of food. whole foods. Eh kaso minsan syempre wlang time. katulad sa umaga kapg papasok ako sa school minsan di na po ako nakakakaen ng breakfast.

    Whey protein must be taken before and after workout, right? So ano pong supplement ang dapat kong i-take before matulog? Para po maiwasan yung muscle catabolism..?

    sir di po totoo na if you go to sleep may muscle catabolism agad.. it all depends sa nutrition niyo

    whey protein intake kung kelan convenient sa inyo, the role of protein supplements is to compliment your diet or up your protein intake to meet your daily macros

    if you have trouble sleeping then take supplements that helps you to get a better sleep

    paki correct and add nalang po mga masters
  • if gusto mo tlga may supps before bed, add casein to your stack. kaso ginto yan! lol... grbe mahal n nya now! or pede milk nlng... or make a protein shake, whey base. add milk, oats, peanut butter, fruits etc...

    some recommend loading some doesn't. pwede ihalo sa whey. pwede mo ihalo sa kahit san. pwede rn saksak m nlng agad sa bunganga mo

    Okay po. so ang gagawin ko nlng is 2 scoops of creatine ihahalo ko sa whey after workout. Pero pano po kapag non-workout days? do i still need to consume 5g of creatine? and sa whey po pano din kpag non-workout days? Tnx po!

    kung sa whey...tuloy padin ang inom pag non WO days...kasi yung muscles mo ay still in recovery pero sa creatine hindi ko alam eh...hindi ako nagte-take nyan..hantay nalng sa reply ng iba:sport:

    casein 2,6k for 28servings?? saan? sobrang mahal nun! baka 1,6k sya. 2lbs yun... 2,9k kasi huli tanong ko e, 4lbs yun.- ok lng mix w/soya milk. pero for me. mas ok if pure milk talaga. low fat o non fat mas ok. if wala ka nyan e khit full cream milk pede rin. tpos w/ oats, peanut butter etc...

    Ay! Opo sir. sorry po mali ako.. tama po kayo 4lbs po un! hehe. Diba po mas mataas ang protein content ng soya milk compare sa ibang milk? (except sa almond milk).. pano nyo po nasabing mas okay imix ang whey with pure milk?

ON din ba sya?- sa milk kc, 3 tbsp lng 3 9g of protein na... ano b sa soy? saka dapt moderate lng ang intake ng soy protein... saka parang mas mahal pa ang soymilk kesa sa mga powder milk out there... or khit pa sa mga fresh milk.- at ang casein kc e galing din sa milk.. or may casein din ang milk. galing sila sa cows milk. so for me, mas ok ang milk vs soyamilk! its up to you if ano gusto mo bro... kaw nman iinun nyan e... hehe.

    Ahh powdered milk din po ba? Akala ko po kasi yung mga naka-tetra pack po na gatas eh mas mahal po kasi un sa soya. hehe.. Baket po moderate lang dpat ang pag take ng soy protein? May bad/negative effect po ba sya?

    Mas better ang 100% full cream milk like Birch Tree, Nido etc.. kaysa mga gatas like Bear brand at Alaska.
    Ok din naman ang Skim Milk / Low or non-fat milk.

    Check mo din ingredients niyan at icompare mo sa mga Full Cream milk.
    It's cheap for a reason.

    Prang isang lata ng coke, 3 servings un pero kala mo isahang inom lng.
