I am using this creatine for 3 to 4 weeks. As for this creatine monohydrate, siya ang pinakamura dito na nakita ko. Around 537.76 pesos
May kasamang 5g scoop. I measured it with a digital kitchen scale and saktong sakto na 5g scoop.
Although it has some taste unlike yung una kong mga nagamit , (Dymatize and Met-RX creatine). I have a habit kasi of putting the creatine directly in my mouth instead of ihalo muna sa tubig. hehe
As with other creatine monohydrate, seems effective (combined with caloric surplus and 30P/45C/25F macro ratio). I can see that my muscle is getting fuller and there are still improvements on strength gains. I will be sticking with this brand for now.
(I am a previous user of Met-RX, but nung naubos na, I continued creatine supplementation with GoldPro. Medyo mahal kasi si Met-RX). I never did any loading phase sa simula. 5g lang palagi everyday.
