Q: Especially on squat exercises, may disadvantages po ba ang mga sakang sa pagbubuhat ng mabibigat in the long run?

Leg Exercises on Bow-legged
Sir sa tingin ko avoid super super super heavy weight
bone stucture mo ung paka BOW-LEGGED,
you can still do LEG workouts, pero alalayan mo
Surgery lang ata ung puede para ma-correct ung BOW-LEGGED
pero nothing more effective if you have strong muscles to protect your BOWED LEG
train mo leg muscles(bone protector) mo"with caution" para ma protectahan ung paa mo
may mga bow legged akong kalaro nung nag fo-football pa ako

... Kung sino man dyan bow-legged kagaya ko and taking Max-OT as his current program, nakukuha niyo ba yung full ROM sa 45° Calf Press?
Sa akin kasi hindi. Siguro dahil na rin bone structure narin mismo kaya nalilimitahan yung ROM. Or just mere parallax, I guess.
Footwear. Hindi yung mismong bone structure ang nakakaapekto. Months ago, I tried to experimenting calf raise exercises, with and without shoes. I find lifting barefoot gives you a better ROM executing calf raise exercises.
As for me being bow-legged, squatting at parallel gives me knee-pain (either @ high bar or low bar squat).
