I just started a week ago with a goal written on my profile. Without any knowledge in bodybuilding I started by enrolling to a decent gym near my area, asked the gym guy where to start and what exercise routine to take. So far here's what he told me on my first day:
treadmill 20mins
benchpress 20lbs
inclined benchpress 20lbs
drink mutant mass after workout
Thats it. I did all of those everyday for a week. Come weekend I searched online and started reading about bodybuilding, supplements and programs. My internet time brought me to this site and I can say it's a bowl of knowledge. Jackpot! Forum for pinoy bodybuilders. Mas makakarelate ako kahit papaano. To cut the story short, started Monday I followed this program:

Looks pretty good for a starter like me. Sets and reps are given but some of the exercise seems to be hard at first so I'm switching it with the help of smith machine. Hope it does give me same result. I also bought Mutant Mass earlier for my supplement.
This is how my everyday routine looks like:
eat pre-workout meal (bread, egg, rice or whatever food is available)
drink mutant mass 1 glass
drink cobra 30mins before workout
stretching
stationary bike for 5mins
workout proper (exercise will depend on the program per day I posted above)
stretching the worked out body part
cool down for 2mins
take a warm shower
eat lunch
drink mutant mass 1/2 liter
Weights I use:
benchpress 20lbs
dumbell 10lbs
45 deg leg press 60lbs
barbell 20lbs
others to follow nakalimutan ko hehe
Any suggestion or opinion on my routine, program, machines used, supplement or particularly everything posted?
Am I doing it the right way as it should be for me?
