    Im planning to buy dymatize creatine and pm7 today and start supplementing on it. But before I do so. Does anyone one here take this 2 as their regular supplements? What are the effects? Is it even. Good idea?

    My goal is to have a totally lean and ripped body.

    Yay na-receive ko na yung PM7 ko. Uubusin ko lang yung whey ko bukas tapos sa Wednesday eto na gamitin ko.

    QUESTION: How many sa inyo ang umiinom ng PM7 right before sleeping? As in bago humiga at matulog? Nakalagay kase dito recommended na inumin bago matulog eh.

    ako sir :) iniinom ko bago m2log siguro 30 mins bago matulog.. 3 times ako umiinom PM7 Pagkagising tapus POST WORKOUT then yun nga before going to bed

    Try to combine pm7 with milk magic powder milk (non-fat) yung color blue ... bukod sa non-fat na siya, it will also add 9g of protein sa pm7 mo for every 3 scoops.

    Better taste
    Total g of protein per shake : 31-32g ... not bad?

    wala pa 1 week sakin yun, 3x ako mag take ng pm7 before...so total of 9 kutsara ng gatas din un araw2.

    Ubusin ko muna tong nestle fresh milk na green ko tapos try ko yang powder na magic milk hehe.
