  • schedule ko ngayon 2nd sem is M-W-F 7:30-1:30 5 subjects sunod2 wala ako break. ang meal plan ko is Sa school nako kakain. 7am then 11pm baba muna ako canteen and bibili soya at saging. workout ko is 3.30 then pagtapos chaka ako kakain ng rice. okay ba yan guys? i need your suggestion. magulo ang meal plan ko

    just a reminder that nutrition is also key in building muscle
    and growth happens after you go to the gym. kaya d natin pwede isantabi.

    some basic knowledge lang:
    only protein builds muscle
    rest is important
    be careful from overtraining

    and i encourage you to read more para di sayang ung time spent in the gym.
    lalo na dito sa site natin. madami ka matututunan.
    keep yourself motivated at all times! hehe!

  • oklng if nakukuha mo yun daily calories at protein mo per day...if not, dagdagan mo pa, mga 5-6 times aday. :sport:
  • about sa workout po? gusto ko lumutang pa lalo ung cuts. hehehe
  • chest workout ako mamaya at 1st time ko iinom ng supplements. try ko mag picture sa gym nahihiya kasi ako. waheheheh!!

    high protein diet.. increase the intake in meat products such as: chicken, fish, beef, egg and low fat milk.. compute mo lang protein requirement mo..

    sir try nyo ung intermittent fasting.. check niyo na lang sa diet and nutrition..
