    dati nung may joint problem ako sa knee, gumamit ako nito. eventually, nawala siya. yung ultimate nutrition glucosamine ang ginamit ko.

    just be careful and make sure you're not allergic to shellfish. some glusosamine msm brands have shellfish sources.
