any advice and suggestion po. gusto ko po kasi tama lang yung laki ng katawan parang model po labas yung cuts, ano po ba yung pwede ko take na supplement and vitamins? pwede ko ba pag sabayin yung dalawa? kumakain naman po ako ng mga protein foods, and 3 eggs a day. yun nga lang po hindi ko po alam kung pano calculate yung mga protein na kailangan ng katawan ko. ang height ko po is 5'5. weight ko po is 120lbs.

    if you'd ask me. youll need these:

    intensity in training (lift heavy ass weight)
    proper nutrition
    enough rest
    motivation
    proper research

    and most importantly. you gotta love what youre doing!

    boss, pano ko po ba malalaman kung naka 70% nako na carb? for example sa isang rice ng jolibbe ilan po ba katumbas na carb nun?.. salamat po sa advice nyo po ah. laking tulong po yun.

    1gram of Carbs = 4 calories
    1gram of Protein = 4 calories
    1 gram of fats = 9 calories
    1 gram of alcohol = 7 calories

    1 cup of rice is atleast 200 calories pero kung rice sa jollibee im not sure but napaka liit ng rice sa jollibee.i think nasa 100 calories lang iyon.

    But i suggest if you want to have model body and a six pack abs you should prefer to cook food for yourself and not to buy food from any fast food.

    addition if you want to maintain your body weight you should atleast consume 1200 calories a day if you want to lose weight consume consume atleast 1000 calories a day. Do you workout?

    If you lose weight you also lose muscle size.

    thats the 101 rule.
