I'm giving this journal a shot, due to some people I've meet dun sa introduction thread ko. Sana sipagin akong mag-update nito and sana makapag-impart din kayo ng words of wisdom bilang I still consider myself as a beginner as far as bodybuilding is concerned.
Di muna ko magpopost ng progress photos ko. Una sa lahat, mahiyain ako. Pangalawa sa lahat, di ako photogenic. LOL (Pero let's see. Hehehe!)
Eto ang immediate concerns ko:
1. Talaga bang matagal mag-build ang biceps or ako lang ang mainipin? So far kasi, nakita ko nang lumaki thighs ko (medyo lubog na knees ko kapag nakatayo ako) and yung chest ko. Pero parang maliit pa rin arms ko.
2. My initial goal is to reach 60 kg. (132 lbs.) na mukhang attainable before 2012 ends. Pero seeing na 123 lbs. na ko pero naliliitan pa rin ako sa frame ko, I think I should aim for a waaay higher threshold if I want to have a bouncer built. Sa height ko, ano ang dapat kong i-target na weight? (That way, I can rewrite my goals.)
Pasensya na if medyo malabo ang mga tanong ko. Again as I've said, baguhan pa rin ako so sana I get to hear from some of you guys.

Kidding aside, as your numbers go up, your body has no choice but to respond and grow. You're enrolled in a good gym which is results oriented so why not get some inputs from the PT's there or those who have been training there for quite sometime.
If you were to ask me stick to a basic program focusing on compound lifts at kung mala bouncer type ang gusto mo then you have to eat a lot and know how much cals you need to down on a daily basis. Nothing fancy for now just Lift Heavy + Eat and rest a lot!
Sir mighty already mentioned what has to be done, from that point you can tell naman if you'll be liking what you are seeing and usually the people around you will too
Anyway, I worked out Friday night and kaninang umaga.
Friday night (A2) - No change from my Sunday night workout
Benchpress - 60x4x11
Squats - 95x4x11
Rows - 70x4x11
Monday morning (A1) - 1 set increase
Benchpress - 60x4x12
Squats - 95x4x12
Rows - 70x4x12
Mass check: Remains at 123 lbs.
Also, I increased my hard boiled egg white intake. (Partly coz andami ko pang stock ng egg sa ref na kelangang ubusin bago ako magbakasyon for 1 week. Hehehe!) Now, on non-workout days naka-4 ako, while on workout days 5 kinakain ko.Thanks Mighty_Oak, monching11 and DregPitt!
I think kelangan ko talagang mag-focus muna on bulking. Mahirap yung andami mong gustong gawin nang sabay-sabay, hehehe!
I was with my Tita last Saturday and first time naming magkita since I entered gym. She was impressed with my improvement pero napansin din niya tiyan ko. Ang hirap lang i-explain na for now I can live with it.
OffT: Is there a way to make journals searchable by body type? Kasi I really wanna see how ectomorphs in this forum are faring in their pakikibaka and get some tips din.

Nagbuhat ako yesterday and eto routine ko:
Deadlift - 135x5x5
Barbell Press - 20x4x4
Pull-up - -50x5x5
Not so good news is that di ako nag-gain ng weight this week. Still stuck at 123 lbs. Pero sana makabawi next week, lalo na't mapapasabak ako sa kainan. (Tatanda na naman at magbabakasyon muna ng ilang araw, hehehe.)
Well, I ended up going to the gym pa rin and eto routine ko:
Bench press - 65x4x10
Squats - 100x4x10
Rows - 75x4x10
Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.
Second, I had an opportunity to talk to one of the coaches na I highly regard sa gym. Di kasi kami makapag-interact before pero he trained a good friend who recommended the gym to me. I was able to see na di masyado wide grip ko sa benchpress and na-correct ko siya.
My routines:
Bench press - 65x4x11
Squats - 100x4x11
Rows - 75x4x11
I'll be leaving Manila in 9 hours' time and looking forward to be back in the gym this Friday night. Sana makapag-ipon pa ko ng timbang, hehehe!
