    sana kaaya aya sa mga makakakita. progress from I.F. bulking po ako, simula nung nag diet ako pumayat ako, doing if pero bulking.

    Bench: 210lbs x 4 or 5
    Deadlifts: 410lbs 1rm / 370lbs x 5
    Squats: 370lbs x 5
    Military Press: 140lbs x 5

    Ayun oh! Ang kapal mo ngayon Dalts!

    Saka nako magpo-post ng saking kasi 2 weeks pa lang nung inumpisahan ko ito. Sinusubukan ko yang ginagawa ni Dalts bulking while on IF. Yung first try ko kasi nyan cutting phase din.

    ty paps, buti naman kumapal nadin ako, lolz! masarap ang bulking while if. kse ang 1st meal ko after ng WO ko, so from fasted training then pig out post wo meal. pero bukas mag iiba, haha 1st meal 25% lang ako, saktohin ko ung 1hr after meal wo na, dapat 430 nag bubuhat nako haha!

    Abangan namin yan boss.
    Ako din yan sinusubukan ko ngayon sa bulking phase since tabain talaga tiyan ko pati sa gilid ng kili kili.
    Sana lang maabot ko calorie surplus ko kasi medjo mahina pa ko kumain sa isang upuan, baka ang mangyari nito kala ko bulking ako yun pala pumapayat na ko hehehe.

    masasanay kadin nyan paps, kase ako isang upuan, kanina halimbawa sa chicboi, half chicken, 2 rice, 8 siomai na beef, or minsan 1whole chicken 1 and half rice.

    Parang nung Sunday sa Aristocrat sabi ni ermats, Oh bakit half chicken lang yan? Sabi ko akin lang yan kasama yung 3/4 na order ng kare-kare, 2 sticks Pork BBQ at 2 1/2 half rice.

    uu naman eto lage kong inaabangan araw araw pag tapos ng fasted training ko, hahaha! bukas nde ako fasted sana malakas padin, lolz.

    depende sa lake ng tiyan paps, ako kase malake tiyan ko, pero ung upper part matigas pag pipindutin mo matigas, pero sa bilbil lower part lang talaga ung mataba haha! lolz. galing kase ako sa pag ka obese. pero dahan dahan masasanay ka kumain nyan, ako kase nasanay ako sa maliit na amount ng pagkain nung nag diet ako, kaya dahan dahan din ako kumakain ng madame, and wag ka mabilis kumain, sakto lang nguyain mo mabuti kinakain mo, aheheh.

    ^Parehas tayo Dalts, kahit may definition na sa ibang body parts ko nung nag cut ako (nauuna sa arms) yung si jackie chan eh konti lang ang nabawas, pero nung College days ko kahit anong kain kita pa din abs kahit papano. Iba talaga pag bata pa mabilis amg metabolism at mataas pa testo levels.

    @Allen- tama si Dalts sanayan lang yan sa kain, kahit din naman ako nahirapan sa una parang ang daming pagkain sa isang upuan pero eventually naka adjust din naman.

    pwede ko naman piliin mag ka abs papa, pero pucha lampayatot ako nun, liit arms, sayang ang hirap at pagod ko, so gayahin ko ung mga bb people, lake mid section pero matigas at may muscle kaka buhat ng mabigat, haha!

    at yung abs naman ni sir last ... dun ako mejo nang hina ... at nahiya sa tiyan ko ... still, i need to convert this feeling into inspiration/motivation.

    medyo nagbasa na ako ng konti ...at nag simula siyang gawin kanina. Comment : positive!

    1st, in taking this method, kelangan daily siya gawin tama?
    and pano sa weekend? may cheat day din ba? o kelangang ituloy kahit sat and sun ...and ibahin na lang yung oras?

    Yes daily dapat, bahala ka sa pag manage ng oras mo it's all up to you. Pwede ka din mag cheat day pero yung length ng fasting period will remain the same.
