Good decision and hopefully this community can help you w/ your goals. Madaming masters d2 na makakatulong seo kapatid as long as you're open to comments and suggestions. Napansin ko na medyo hindi na ako nag gagain ng muscle. Ano po pwedeng imodify sa program ko para madagdagan naman yung muscles ko. Thanks.
Too much cardio (biking) can burn muscles.
di lang yung anggulo ng pagbubuhat ang titignan mo pag di ka nagpoprogress... tignan mo rin ang anggulo ng rest at nutrition mo.

dati ako natry ko nung nag aaral pa ako...1 month(araw-araw pa linggo lang pahinga)schedule ko sa gym...pero lagi ako nalilipasan ng gutom at puyat pa dahil sa mga thesis kaya un walang gains lalo lang ako pumayat...kaya tinigil ko muna kasi sayang lang...
