Disadvantage as an advantage

This would be my journal. I don't usually do this (self-esteem issues). But since I want to conquer it. I am posting this. Hope you would help me guys to my journey to bigger and confident me. :D :sport:

    Good decision and hopefully this community can help you w/ your goals. Madaming masters d2 na makakatulong seo kapatid as long as you're open to comments and suggestions.   • Hello guys. Tanong ko lang kasi sinama ko yung 5x5 sa compound lifts ko (except squats since biker ako baka sumobra na laki ng legs ko) tapos 8 reps 3 sets naman for isolation routines (heavier than usual weight) ang ginagawa ko.

    Napansin ko na medyo hindi na ako nag gagain ng muscle. Ano po pwedeng imodify sa program ko para madagdagan naman yung muscles ko. Thanks.

    Kahit anong bike mo pa or kahit anong sports pa, hinde excuse yun para hinde ka na mag squats. What's your assurance anyway na ma lalaki pa nga lalo legs mo?

    Too much cardio (biking) can burn muscles.

    di lang yung anggulo ng pagbubuhat ang titignan mo pag di ka nagpoprogress... tignan mo rin ang anggulo ng rest at nutrition mo.

    dati ako natry ko nung nag aaral pa ako...1 month(araw-araw pa linggo lang pahinga)schedule ko sa gym...pero lagi ako nalilipasan ng gutom at puyat pa dahil sa mga thesis kaya un walang gains lalo lang ako pumayat...kaya tinigil ko muna kasi sayang lang...
    mahalaga talaga ang rest at nutrition...:yahoo:
