Good product. I used this previously (about 6 months ago) on my previous bulking cycle.

I was able to bulk and gain strength with this product.

When I started with this product, my bench is around 130lbs. Upon finishing the tub, I am benching 245lbs.

A little bit pricey but nagtagal yung tub sa akin ng ilang months.

    eto lang ang supp na nadagdag sa akin bukod sa whey. nung tumigil ako ng green mag (because of the price), nagreduce ang strength ko.

    recommended nila is half pre, half post. medyo tinatamad ako gawin ito, so post workout ko lang siya tinetake.

    if I will have the money again, kukuha ako nito ulit.

    2 weeks ago lang ako tumigil gumamit ng green magnitude pero kasama sa supp stack ko ito since 2012. May tulong nga sya sa strength dahil sa solid combo ng creatine and betaine.

    IMO mas maganda sya itake preWO to benefit from the taurine and tyrosine during the workout. I also feel na mas steady yung effect nya if taken atleast 5x a week kaya ok to sa mga madalas sa maggym.

    SUlit din sa price. Online ako bumibili, 2k-2300 for 80 servings. Very cheap na yun dahil solid ingredients makukuha mo every scoop. Watermelon flavor pinaka masarap, second is green apple. yung electric lemonade may after taste na mapait.
