Panatang maka-Bakal

Iniibig ko ang aking katawan
Ito ang tangi kong puhunan
Ito ay nasa lahi na namin. Ako'y pinalaki ako at tinulungan upang
maging malakas, mas malakas, at pinaka malakas
Bilang ganti, ipagtatanggol ko ang mga taong nangangailangan.
Gagawin ko kung ano ang nararapat at makakabuti.
Tutuparin ko ang aking tungkulin bilang isang anak ng maykapal.
Mamahalin ko ang aking magulang, kaibigan at ang maykapal.
Sisikapin kong maging isang tunay na Bodybuilder sa isip, sa salita at sa gawa.

    Woot Woot! Jay Catli! (idol!)

    Jerick Ternida competed at the same event in Dubai last year. Nagulat nga kami kase dumayo na din si JT sa Mid-east (malaki kase pa premyo i guess).

    Jay Catli was in the open weight division and won it. Jerick was in the under 75kg division. Cant remember anung place ni JT, but i think it was the guy on the far right (see pic below) that won his division and overall title (beating Jay Catli).

    ^same question in my mind when i saw him in Dubai. Im sure he has a purpose (competition wise) for his current size. And the one that won his division was a crowd favorite and was holding a bit of water. JT was dry as f**k but i guess the judges wants a bit more mass. I wasnt able to follow his division as we were busy drooling over JCat :)

    i think he over dieted on this comp. he never fails to get that grainy dry but he falls flat that time.
