Calorie cycling (zig-zaging) for fat loss. May nakatry na ba nito dito?

ill be bulking na by next week, and Im planning to do this method on my next cut...

    my major supplement will be whey protein and creatine.

    Diet plan:

    I initially computed my caloric intake this morning para sa non-workout day and workout day. Here is my starting plan sa bulk:

    Protein:
    1.1g of protein per bodyweight in lbs
    eggs/tuna/chicken/fish/milk(before sleeping)
    the protein gap in my diet will be filled by whey

    Carbs:
    35% carbs of overall caloric intake (concentrated on low to moderate GI food. brown rice and oats only). simple carbs only sa morning or PWO.
    sa training day, I will be consuming exactly 65.29g of dextrose PWO as weighed sa kitchen scale kanina (tatlong 1/8 measuring cup) along with creatine
    sa non-workout day, dextrose 22g sa morning along with creatine.
    total: approximately 34% non-workout days; 36% workout days

    35% ang recommended sa ebook ni Sean N. sa ibang website at ibang experienced bodybuilder, 40% and recommended. after a month, I will try 40% and see if it will work better.

    Fat:
    remaining caloric requirement will be from olive oil. maybe sa mga tuna or sardines na lang ako magsosource ng omega3.

    sa creatine, pinag iisipan ko pa kung magloloading phase. binabasa ko kanina sa ebook na from Scrawny to Brawny, di nila nirerecommend na magloading phase kasi at some point magsasaturate din naman ang creatine levels. possible na di na ako magloading phase (tentative pa).

  • from 191 lbs nung June 2012, nasa 167.5 lbs na ako ngayon. target ko na bulk is 180 to 185 lbs, then cut again.
