Hello guys,

ano macronutrient ratios nyo during bulking and cutting?

reason I asked is because of this:
nung bulking ako 35P/60C/5F, nag gain ako ng muscle, pero nag gain din ng side belly (maybe sensitive ako sa masyadong mataas na carbs). ngayong cutting phase ako, ang ratio ko is 35P/10C/60F. pag lumalaki ang carbs nagiging 35P/20C/45F.

Ni re read ko yung ebook ni Sean Nalewanyj (thanks to NRG500 nga pala hehehe)... 35% carbs ang recommended during bulking. so ang magiging ratio na itetest ko ngayon is... 35P/35C/30F.

but nababasa ko sa ibang site na pinaka ideal is 40% - 60% ang carbs.

I will be starting to bulk again next month so I want to make sure na less ang gain ng fat unlike before.

also, may occassional cardio din ba kayo during bulking period nyo?

    ^i tried several % when i was bulking. What worked (kinda) for me in gaining mass with a not so big bf was a 40/40/20. Carbs was concentrated on low GI. High GI was set PWO and/or mid morning meals.

    I got back to training again. Hopefully by oct, ill start focusing on my meals and would give the 40/40/20 another shot.

    I do cardio at least 2 x a week after training. (20mins. intervals)

  • 40 40 20 din ako kahit bulk or cut. pero ang hirap sundan haha
