Weight gain and loss too fast?

I started lifting weights around 3 months ago. From 139 lbs I'm now 151 lbs. My weight has been changing in the range of 151 to 157lbs depending on how much I eat and it drops very quickly in just 2 days when I don't eat as much, I can go from 155 to 151 lbs. Is that normal?

  • Water weight ata yan boss. Sa tingin ko eh dapat nasa 7000 calorie surplus within 2 days. That means buffet every meal. Hahaha. Sarap nun pero mahirap kumain ng ganun.
    Also, IMO, mas maganda kung may reference day ka lang a week. Once a week ka lang magweigh in the same time, same clothes, same variables as much as possible. Ang tendency kasi sir eh magkakaiba iba yung weight mo within the week especially if youre cycling carbs.
  • It was my weighing scale that had the problem. Fixed it already, im at 159 lbs :)
