    going on the gym is like coffee ... it is something which is good to start your day and relieve stress
    Pwede mo ilagay picture ng taong kinaiinisan mo then put on punching bag :}

    Ako, to become a better person from inside and out. Madami ako natutunan sa experience ko sa pagbubuhat pero marerealize mo lang yun after several years. Yung mga early years kasi medyo superficial at immature mindset pa. Ibang iba pag nabatak ka sa gym sa batang edad tapos, nagkaasawa, nagkaanak. From teen years to 20's to 30's loob at labas ang improvement sa pagkatao mo.

    Isa din sa gusto ko sa pagbubuhat e sarili mo lang kakampi mo. Matira matibay. Di kagaya sa ibang hobbies, like basketball, sports, material things, kahit sa work/career. Puro politics, money, connections, affiliations, validation etc. Kung wala ka nyan hindi sulit efforts mo and you'll end up frustrated. Hindi kagaya sa lifting game, obvious kung sino masipag magbuhat, masigasig magdiet, disiplinado, consistent at may alam talaga.
  • Previously to loose weight but now build muscle kasi sedentary ang lifestyle ko dati.
  • Ngayon habit na every after work. :) Masarap magpapawis. :)

    Same tayo sir, yan din gusto ko dati, magpababa lang ng weight tas naging addiction na ang pagbubuhat, hehe
