Proper Snatch Form

Hello baka naman pedeng humingi ng expert advice about the snatch medyo hirap pa din ako kasi dun eh....my coach said na crucial daw yun for developing core strength and power though have trouble with it kasi (d ko mahagilap ngaun eh :)) )

1) i am able to lift it but i cant hold it, most of the time lagi ko syang iniirealease sa likod
2) i feel na medyo wide ang squat ko, when i explode dapat bang wide? or medyo feet closer ang snatch

hehe any expert advise on this, im quite afraid kasi baka mmya when i go on to heavier weights eh bumabanat ako eh mali pala....

    start with lighter weight, so that you could do proper form.

  • already found out why hehehe..apparently mali daw ung form ko thats why, and @bodyweight thats my prob 2 months na ako sa lightwieght kaya need ko nang magbigat pa :))
