luchi - newbie in PBB

I just joined yesterday, before kase sa BB ako nagbrowse then pagreview ko nung Filipino thread meron palang PBB and I immediately register.

I've been lifting since college days (10yrs ago) but because of work locally and abroad kaya naging ON and OFF.

Ngayon start ulit ako pero concentrate lang sa wholebody/compound exercise, bench, squat, DL, pull ups, chin ups, rows. At the same time training Muay Thai every weekends. I can say na mas ok saken ung results compare nung nagpurely lifting ako, considering na ala pa akong cardio (run/jog) because of schedules during weekdays.

I plan to create personal journal kapag me extrang time. Initially I learned a lot from of things agad since yesterday from other posts. Hopefully makakuha pa ako ng marami pang info from you guys.
