Newbie, sort of

After 3 or 4 years, balik gym ako.

Dati, ang target ko ay to gain weight kasi payatot ako. Successful naman. And for the longest time, satisfied naman ako.

Pero ngayon, ang target ko na ay to build muscles.

Wish me luck.

Sana maging successful ulit ako.

    nice. thanks. pag-uwi ko sa bahay after magbuhat. kaso di pala ako makakagawa ng journal kasi iniiba-iba ng instructor ko. para daw hindi masanay yung muscle ko.
