To compensate my weak upper body strength
im planning to Push up Everyday,bago ko subukan gusto ko lang
malaman suggestions and insights about this,
im planning to do 20-30reps a day
edit: concern ko if this might cause overtraining

correct nyo ako mga masters kung mali ako.
it will build mass pero not to the point na parang everday chest day
light lang talaga,main goal is increase upper body strenght
ganun ba sir, salamat po sa pagcorrect at may natutunan din ako kahit paano. :]
winawiden lang po usually sa mga taong hirap tamaan ang pecs, or mga weak spot ay chest tulad ko, parang bench press lang yan.....
so i can do wide push up to help may weak pecs,thanks

applicable din po ba ang wide grip kung mahaba ang arms?
mas applicable yung widerip sa mga long arms
para mas makuha ang full ROM.
dude i also went for that 20-30 reps a day during summer,tama yan pero alagaan mo din sarili mo after with stretching lalo na kung ung variation targeting triceps. also try mo din for upper body strength kung kaya mo *note kung kaya mo, eh mag handstand ka for a 3 minutes, and dont be shy to ask for assistance if available magandang work out din yan for upper body strenght

Kung may bench press ka at kaya mo pa ding magpush up everyday, may kulang sa bench press mo.
