Feeding Window - 12pm to 8pm
Clean diet pa rin ako, on work out days, it's high protein (usually chicken breast or tuna) with 1 boiled camote, apple cranberry juice.
Pag non-work out days naman, i have very very very little carb.
Fasting Period - 8pm to 12pm
Water intake lang. But because i'm a coffee drinker, i managed to bring down my intake from 8 cups to 2 cups na lang. I take the Nescafe Sugarfree.

i know several people na rin doing IF.. kaya medyo na-engganyo na rin..
i got buffed early this year based on my photo below, i decided to do IF to become leaner... now following the leangains 16-8 protocol..
am hoping to bring down my weight to 155-160lbs lean muscle.
