Fat Ass to Bad Ass

Hopefully this journal will help me be more consistent with my workouts and help me keep track of my weight and lifts.

As I've mentioned I'm a cheerleader for my department so that's where I get my cardio from. We practice every night except on sunday for 3 hours.

I've been on a calorie surplus because I got obsessed with gaining strength because of cheerleading. Now I'll be on a calorie deficit in preparation for the comp, hopefully I'll lose a few pounds of fat when competition comes on Sept 8. But I'll still be on a deficit even after the comp to shed the fat.

More Power to us :D

    My estimate is that my bf% is somewhere between 35% - 40%.
    So yeah, that's a lot of fat that I need to lose :(

    Kayang kaya yan sir! Tutulungan ka ng mga masters dito. With their guidance and your dedication. Losing fat will be an easy task.

    Medyo mahal kasi sir kung bibili ako nang ganyan karami. Ung binibili ko lang tig dalawa ng 25g for 25php or 30g for 30php kada workout.

    I'm in good hands dito sa PBB, maganda dito kasi namomotivate ka sa kapwa pinoy. :)

    wag ka mawalan ng pagasa sir maabot mo yan..

    ako kasi sir im from very fat to fat to a bit fat tas ngayon na ko ulit nag susurplus.

    nung payat na ko sa tingin ko eh nagpapalaki na ko ng maskels.

    tama lang siguro na deficit ka muna. tapos mag strength training ka. more on heavy weights (make sure na may gym buddy ka para di ka maaksidente), para na din sa cheerleading di ba kayo ung bumubuhat dun sa mga sexy at magagandang chicks kaya dapat malakas ka. tapos siguro if you can add cardio pa, mas makakabuti, pero dont overtrain yourself.

    Serseryosohin ko na rin talaga ung pag dedeficit, iniisip ko kasi dati na dahil kailangan kong magpalakas pwede kahit ano kainin ko, kaya mas tumaba pa ako.
    Yeahp, puro magagandang chicks, hahaha. Kaya dapat mag papasexy rin ako para maka kuha rin ako ng magandand chicks. hehe... Ung practices namin sa cheerleading talagand cardio na cardio yun. Pagkatapos siguro ng competition, diyan na talaga ako mag dadagdag ng cardio kasi wala na kaming practice niyan.

    simpleng deficit lang sure ang weight lost. mag record ka din ng weight mo, at kung pwede pati ung kinakain mo. tas weekly mo tignan kung may progress, pag walang progress pwede mong taasan ung deficit. kung dati 500 gawin mo sigurong 600 or 700. tas magipon ka ng pera para di sachet sachet. isang tub ng whey is 2600. 77 servings ang laman ng isang tub means 77 na sachet

    This week ko lang sinimulan ung pag deficit ko, may tips ka ba sir sa pag count ng calories? Ung mga nakikita ko lang sa web ay ung mga apps na nasa smart phone eh. Cheap lang ung phone ko, so I only play it by ear kung paano ako mag count sa calories ko.
    Walang ganyan kamura na whey dito sir, yung pinakamura nasa 3.2k eh. sobrang mahal talaga dito :(

    ako kasi i count my calories by writing it on a simple small notebook.
    maghahanap ka nga lang ng food caloric table.
    i consider 1 cup of rice 200 cal
    tapos 1 small cup of meat 500-900 cals depende kung fatty or kung ano.
    ganon lang ako mag count pareho lang tayo cheap ang cp haha
    gusto kitang tulungan talaga kasi ganyan din ako nung estudyante ako

    Ang impressive rin nung physique niya sir. No wonder idol siya ng community, pinapakita lang na achievable talaga through dedication :D

    umiinon na lang ako ng madaming tubig sir bago ako kakain. tapos nangigipit na rin ako sa rice ng ganyan. nag ssnack na lang ako ng eggs, para ma meet ko ung daily protein na kailangan sabay ung whey.

    Salamat talaga sa support sir, medyo hassle talaga isabay ito while nag-aaral. may mga days talaga na hindi ako maka workout dahil sa requirements, tapos minsan di rin makaya sa baon ung gastos na kasama sa ganitong lifestyle. Pero tuloy lang rin sir, hehe. Alam ko na maachieve ko ung gusto ko gamit dedication at consistency :D

    artistang artista dito si @[lastresort]..busy pa kasi eh..daming engagement sa career kaya madalang na dito..kakasign lang ng bagong contract sa star magic..hahahaha
