What's your cutting grocery list?

May bulking grocery list. Syempre dapat may cutting din! :) for me, chicken breast, eggs, fish (cream dory), brown rice, and a wide varieties of condiments.

Di ako makahanap ng asparagus and kidney beans. Maganda sana idagdag sa grocery. Also trying to find a zero calorie zero fat zero everything barbecue sauce. Di ko alam kung saan meron. Any idea guys?

    sa akin the same pa din what i used to buy when bulking eggs,milk,chicken, rice/pasta. nasa bilang lang ng calories per day magkakatalo :)

    manok,gatas,poten cee,tuna sa lata,..gulay namin marami kami tanim dito,para ng farmville harapan ng bahay namin..prutas naman mansanas lang binibili nmin,saging nmn meron dtio pero hindi lakatan

    just the same, pero you can compare kung alin mas maraming protein content, then yun na lng.

    chunks in vegetable oil premium pinaka mataas ang protein content. ung red ang balot ng lata :)

    pinang fry ko ng itlog or pinang gigisa ng bawang tas ihahalo sa tuna :)) with omega 3 daw :))

  • i used to buy the Chunks in Water, pero now I buy the Tuna in Brine na..i go for the lower sodium content.
  • I buy chunks in water + mayolite + gardenia wheat bread.. Lots of eggs.. Oatmeal veggies for salad.. kamote pag sa palengke.. lean meats pero mostly fish trip ko lalo na bangus kahit anong luto pati tuyo..
