What’s your Pre and Post Workout Nutrition?

Hi PBB Peeps,

Besides supplements and other synthetic foods, what are the NATURAL FOODS do you take before and after work out?

    sa supplements meron,sa solid food wala..4 na amino2222 pre w.o...post w.o whey lang...
    nag wworkout kasi ako after lunch or after breakfast,no time para sa pre workout meal tlg,di ako mka hinga maluwag kapag meal ang pre workout lol

    ako pre WO any food na available then post WO whey or kapag gipit ulam kanin haha

    pre WO wala ako kinakaen, kc may NO ako, naniniwala ako na mas mag eeffect yung NO kapag empty stomach... post workout supplements+dinner meal.

    Ito isa sa mga pre and post-wo meal na napost ko sa journal ko.

    Pre-workout meal
    3 slices peanut butter sandwich (wheat bread)
    Mashed potato

    ON Doublestuff Cookies and Cream with yougurt

    2 1/2 scoop ON Whey (Cookies and Cream)
    3 pieces Double stuff Oreo cookies
    4 tablespoons of Oats
    4 tablespoons of Milk
    1 cup (90g) Yougurt (Blue berries)
    16 oz of water with Ice cubes mied all in blender.
    Took half serving pre-wo


    Post-wo meal
    Brown Rice
    Beef Picadillo
    Pineapple

    Post-wo meal ulit (Nagutom na naman)
    Champ
    Smart C+ Lemon juice drink

    ako wala din pre wo meal,

    fasted training ako, so take ko lang creatine and water,

    post wo meal eh diyan tayo mag tatalo haha! basta nasa mesa naka handa kakainin ko,

    my current meal plan

    pre workout - stimulants like jack3d, coffee or extra joss, minsan wala
    post - 3-4 eggs boiled or scrambled, half to 1 cup rice, minsan whey protein, gulay, minsan milk

    ako 1large apple, 1 laga egg, peanut and yogurt. 30 mins before WO. :sport:

    dati kasi sa akin,... 12n kain ako ng lunch(di naman madami - katamtaman lang).... 1pm WO na (water -water -water) after WO 2pm tsaka ako mag Whey yan lang yung dati sa akin,..
  • Pre- workout meal:
    4 tablespoon oatmeal with non-fat milk + (sugar to taste)
    1 small box of California Sundried Raisins
    1 Banana

    Post-workout Meal:
    Omelette - 4 egg whites+ 1 egg yolk plus onions and tomato. (Salt and pepper to taste.)
    2 slice bread
    Non-fat milk + milo + 3 tablespoon wheat germ
    1 apple

    My post work out meal when I don’t have time to prepare due to hectic schedule is: I just grab shawarma, non-fat milk soya milk or taho.
