Im 5'4 in height, 111kg, with 40 waistline.

Gusto ko po sana mag papayat at mag gain ng (abs, shoulders, biceps)
gus2 ko po sana sapat na bulk parang jason statham po

ano po ba dapat ko munang gawin and what program po tbx...

    Do it one step at a time for now ang targetin mu muna is mag bawas ng timbang wag ka muna mag focus na magka abs haha matagala pa yun. RESISTANCE TRAINING is the best sabayan mu ng cardio focus on lifting heavy weights and not high reps/light weight.

    mag plan kna din ng target calorie intake (cal deficit) at macro distribution mo at WATER,WATER,WATER!!

    Naku dun sa gym na malapit sa haus walang kamatayang threadmill tapos high reps with girly DB's.

    wahahaha @ the girly DBs. i know women who has more guts in "manning up" in BB squatting 50lbs for 5-7 reps and yet the other "guys" just rep-out the 15lbs DB on a front squat, then i just say to myself "Seriously?!!!" *facepalm* :P

    TS ako ginawa ko lang is Diet + Cardio Exercise . 5"2 Height ko tapos 220 pounts ako XXL mga tshirt ko tapos waistline ko 42. Last February 2012 lang ako ng start ng mg diet at excersie, Ayun after 6 months 149 pounds nalang ako ngayon. Mga tshirt na sinusuot ko ngayon Medium nalang, waistline ko is 32. Very fulfilling siya at ang sarap sa pakiramdam ng mas magaan. Akala ko dati impossible pero kaya pala basta disiplina lang. Sa ngayon malayo pa ako sa gusto ko kasi Overweight parin ako, pero palapit na din naman ako doon. Balak ko niyan is magstart na mag gym pang pa laki ng konti ng katawan hehe.
