Lactose Intolerance

I drink milk before going to sleep but I am lactose intolerant. Most asians are lactose intolerant and get diarrhea when drinking milk. How do you guys manage this?

buy lactose free milk. cost a bit more though. or drink like 2 dl a day and increase gradually, see how much you can take without shittin your pants. i can drink up to a litre without problem except little gas and pimples.
