time of work out

Mga bros! Good morning...

I am a student whose schedule is so hectic (study period is 8:00 am to 3:30 pm everyday). Just want to ask when is the best time to work out? is it in the morning or the afternoon? and at around what time po kaya? I'm doing my daily time schedule as of the present. I thus need your opinions/recommendations/suggestions on the matter so that I may consider it...

    ang hava pa ng time mo sa hapon till night. eat then rest during that time then hit the gym.

    yan na yun! rest ka konti after nang class.. or kung kaya mo pumunta ka na kaagad.

    i remember nung high school ako, after nang classes, mga school activities, @ time with GF, pumupunta pa ako sa gym... how i miss the simple life.. :sigh:

    ^same here. during college days afternoon din ang dating ko galing school. minsan diretso na ako sa gym minsan naman pahinga muna depende sa load ng work sa school ina a day. kaka miss nga eh noh koya bards pasok sa school, gym at computer lang ang inaatupag ko noon ahahaha!

    Thank you po mga kuya ko sa bodybuilding... I decided to do it in the morning... as in early morning... para diretso pahinga na sa gabi... :)
