strength and endurance, possible?

guys advice naman dyan. nagstart na kasi ulit ko mag train ng muay thai and planning to compete in the future. workout ko ngayon is SL5x5.

may workout po bang for strength and endurance?

Cguro try setting one goal muna at a time. train for endurance for a certain period then strength or the other way around.

sige i'll focus on strength muna sa lifting para mabuild yung foundation, tapos sa muay thai focus muna ako sa technique before going to endurance type training.

bale tues, thurs, sundays yung lifting tapos yung muay thai is saturday. parang yung muay thai na din yung pinaka cardio ko intense nga lang kaya dagdag calories ako tuwing sabado.

siguro sa muscel building muna ako. I asked my muay thai trainer kapag gusto ko daw lumaban kelangan kong magpababa ng timbang which talagang papayat daw talaga ako. maybe i'll just do muay thai for my cardio.

    Check out some crossfit programs

May mga WO that focuses on strength, muscle endurance, etc.

Split days program ang gawa nang iba. May days na strength and power. May days na power, agility and endurance. etc etc

Try an abbreviated program. Do weight training twice a week only with 2 or 3 rest days between them

    example:

    Monday

    Squat
Bench Press or Parallel Bar Dips (you can do weighted dips once you get stronger)
    Seated Overhead Shoulder Press

    Thursday

    Deadlift
Lateral Pull Down or Chin Ups (you can do weighted chin ups once you get stronger)ang alam ko, kailangan mo rin ng weight training kahit martial arts ang main focus mo
