Pull ups & Chin ups in stronglifts 5x5

ask ko lng mga boss kung nilagay niyo sa workout ung 2 exercise na yan..and kung anu po ung magiging format nung program?.. thanks!:sport:

    Pagkaka-alala ko sir nathan. Recommended yung chin-ups after main exercises kung gusto mo ng good definition sa arms while doing strength training. Basahin mo yung program marami pang nakalagay don.

    ako stronglifts din parekoy nilagay ko yan same lang ang sets and reps ng iba, remember lang na weigthed dapat. goodluck parekoyformat ko parekoy

    2 warm up set (form focus)
    5 x 5 (heavy with form focus)
