    syntha6 is whey and casein blend. so 2 in1 na sya... gold standard is pure whey only. myofusion are also whey and casein blend. for me, mas ok yun 2in1... try the elite gourmet. its also whey and casein. mas mura pti sya... great tasting din... :smile:

    last bili ko sa cnc, sa tiggys 1,850 5lbs. ewan ko lng now if mgkano na. mlamang e 2maas yun! gnon nman cla e... lage ngtataas! hehe!

    for me, i prefer syntha6 postWO (and at times, before bedtime) and ON sa ibang oras na intake spread during the day.

    *i can only speak for bsn and On since those are the brands i have tried and tested (with good results based on diet and training)*
