There is no substitute exercise kasi sa DLs eh. weird though, kasi normally squats (BB back squats) and DLs are "somewhat" similar pagdating sa movement only difference is the placement of the weight and the targeted main muscles on each exercise. Try checking your form muna sir and practice muna your motor skills pagdating sa movement bago ka magdagdag ng weight. I posted a couple of artics here sa workout section about checking your form sa squats and DLs might want to read those first para may idea ka. hth.

You can do away with dumbbell curls and other girly exercises but not with these compound lifts that separate the men from the boys.

Join us in our GWO if you have time. If you're near visayas ave. or trinoma I can help you out.

Tulungan tayo lahat dito, there's no point kasi in not doing DL's esp. if you don't have any health issues to begin with.

Deadlift, second most important exercise next to squat, trains not only your legs but also your lower back, lats and traps...(heavy lifts of course)

When i do DL during the week, hindi na ako nag shu-shrugs

Pansin ko lang, it's easier to teach beginners sumo just to avoid rounded backs.
