Hi Po Bago lang po ako dito sa forum masasabi kong baguhan lang din ako sa gym dahil napunta ako dun ng kung anu anu lang ginagawa experiment kumbaga. pa tulong naman po please kelangan ko po ba magpost ng picture ng katawan q? sana matulungan nyu ko ^_^ eto po yung ginawa ko nag start po ako ng April 30, 2012(mon)
Mon - Chest
Decline/Flat/Incline BB Press
3 Sets Of 12 Reps = 1st 10 lbs 2nd 20lbs 3rd 30 lbs
Wed - Shoulder
Seated Military Press - Behind The Neck Press - DB Shrug
3 sets of 10 reps = 1st 5lbs 2nd 10lbs 3rd 15lbs
Friday- back
Lat down(front and Behind) 3sets of 12 reps
DB Curl 3 sets of 10 reps
every week po nag dadagdag po ako ng 2.5 lbs
Abs Morning/Midnight Nanunuod ng ufc ginaganahan ako sipag ko
sh#t di ko makita ung abs lol upper abs lang
Cardio Twice a week pero ang laki parin ng tyan tsk
pahelp po mga sir goal ko maging lean ung body ko please need advice badly
