Taking bcaa before jogging help!

Will i not use my muscle tissue while jogging if i take bcaa before it? Magjajog po kasi ako at early morning around 4am any suggestions please. Thanks.

    its fine i guess pero actually kahit kumain ka lang ng onti before jogging your muscles will be fine. kasi IMHO i only use BCAA when i train fasted during weight training days. then pagdating sa cardio i don't take my BCAA even i'm on a fasted state my muscles are still fine hindi naman sila nag shrink. though ang gamit ko na cardio protocols are either HIIT or tabata. I find moderate resistance/long cardio sessions no benefit to me pagdating sa fat loss in fact mas mabilis ako mag lose ng muscle pag yun ginagawa ko though i still run long distances every now and then for endurance traning but not so frequent.

    Thanks bro ds natatakot kasi ako baka mawala muscle gains ko sa pagjogging without eatimg, kasi if magluluto pa ako baka pagkatapos ko kain tirik na tirik na ang araw. Lol! Anymore suggestion keep it coming.

    Hmmmm... a friend of mine actually suggested to me before to jog in a slow pace for 40 mins according to him that helped him preserving his lean muscles and aided his fat loss regimen. I haven't tried this myself but since you are looking for alternatives you may opt to use this approach at your own risk. though for me HIIT or Tabata is the way to go coz i get bored w/ long cardio sessions hehehe. Oh and "barbell complexes" is something you can do as well for cardio hehehe.
